That's a lot of support for painting. I ended up going with powder coating. Considering the quotes I was getting for paint (100+ a wheel, could just be because la shops tend to drive up their price for the oblivious people) and how many people I've asked warned me about how much of a PITA it is to do it myself, powder coating was the easy decision.
