Oxygen Sensor Bank Placement

I've been messing around with my scanner and have an 02 sensor reading rich (Bank 1 Sensor 2). I know where the sensors are but not sure which is which.

So, on a GEMS, which side is Bank 1 and which side is Bank 2. Then we have upstream (Sensor 1) and downstream (Sensor 2) from there correct?

Also (unrelated), on my '97 why is the fuse box labeled in reverse? The label reads from left to right -- Fuse 1, 2, etc. but the fuse panel, Fuse starts on the right. Just found that very odd.

Bump. Is bank 1 on the left or right side of the engine?
