Original Paint Code 1988 110

Anyone know how I would find out the original paint color and code for my 1988 110? It is white, were there more than one whites offered in 1988? Thanks for any help.

To be fair even if you had your paint code you'd see that new paint won't match perfectly to what's on your car.
Paint changes colour slightly over the years of sun exposure and washing.
Your best bet would be to take it to a car body shop. They have a scanner they hold to a panel and the computer inside decided what is needed to mix that colour. It's very clever stuff!
With a scan done they may even be able to tell you what the code is or at least knock up a few litres of paint for you!

Good luck

Google Land Rover paint codes. There are charts out there that will give you the guidance you need. With single stage paint a real body guy can do wonders. I've seen it first hand. An early 80's 110 in limestone needed a touch up. The right shop will properly wet sand and hand rub the old paint to match the new. White is the easiest color to do this with to btw. Reds require more skill and a bit of luck.
