Opinions on paint choices

I have to repaint my truck, but I am pretty open to suggestions on colors. Here are my choices in order right now:

Cage Silver, Panels Yellow
Cage Black, Panels Yellow
Cage Sliver, Panels Black
Cage Black, Panels Black

If someone can talk me into something else, I am open to anything. What would you do?

Made it further than half of the other guys, but the Hammers won.

Paint it like a classic series limestone or blue, with the cage painted in that galvanized matching paint.... just to really piss off the purists.

1) Polish it out like an airstream.
2) go with a natural aluminum finish and paint a naked lady on the side riding a bomb. "Incindiary Cherry" or some such.
3) Matte black with black cage, wheels, everything. Also need a shortened WMIK/RSOV style cage.

I was definitely thinking all matte black would make a great D-90 color

Series motif would be cool. Galvanize what the series had galvanized. Bumper, tub/door trim and windshield. Add the roll bar.

Not totally matte black but more of a matte grey. Like the Lamborghini Reventon. True black rollcage and rims and that would look like the meanest defender ever.

check out the TLC Icon http://www.tlcicon.com/

They use mat colors when they referb their trucks - these guys are in SO Cal. They use gray, tan and black for their trucks. If I didn't drive a Land Rover I'd consider getting one of these trucks and bring it up to defender standards as they have been doing.

I agree with black being to hot with no A/C in SO CAL, I would go with a light color that that would not heat up as bad.

Zermatt Silver body

Maybe do the cage in the dark metallic grey color that came on the Discovery II Kalahari… Or just Zermatt on the cage as well or black

Has to be Yellow. Too much work at this point to go another color. But I am still torn on the cage. Either black, Dark metallic grey, or silver.
