OME 751 vs. 766 for 110

This is kind of a continuation of my last thread, but trying to decide on the right spring for the front of the 110. With the diesel and future winch/bumper I want to make sure the front is not low. Looking for no more than 2" of lift. Anyone with a TDI and winch/bumper running OME springs and if so which ones?

Thanks, Mike

With a tdi engine and Rockware bumper and warn winch I had about 2 inches of lift using the 764 springs on a 110.

Thanks Doug. So rear springs for a 90 can be used on the front of the 110?

From the factory, if you want HD front springs on a 110, you fit standard 90 rears (NRC9448 & NRC9449), which are also classed as 130" standard fronts

I've got these on my 110 (full external cage, 8274 and an ARB type bar, so a lot of weight) and it sits now at more or less standard height. I could do with some more stiffness, as it easily smacks the bump stops when driving over rough ground.

I might try a 764 and see how it works out.

Mike,

I have a used set of 764's you can have for $85 to your door. They came off the back of my series coiler so they have not had much weight on them.
