oil drip

so pulled her out saturday and got a 4" circle of fresh oil on the slab. Pulled her back in and dragged out the creeper. The front of the cover plate on the tranny is wet and oil seems to be dripping down and off the cover screws.
Looked around and the oil pan bolts besides being rusty are wet with oil. Should i assume need new pan gasket? or do i need to worry more?

I would get under it and clean it the best you could, then let it sit and trace the drips. Driving it can blow the oil all over the underside of the motor, trans and transfercase.

If it is the oil pan, it is pretty simple, pick up some RTV to make your own gasket.

Replace the "cross seals" there is a very good thread here a while back.
