Good idea. yes, I've tried pipe sealant, teflon etc with no luck. I think they two different metals heat and expand at a different rate and cause it to loosen. who knows. I may need to have it machined slightly. I havent called trailhead yet, as I know he produces a good product, so I keep thinking the problem is on my end. thanks for all the suggestions. I keep threatening to cap them off completely, but I have too many other projects on the list.

good tip. thanks. well, the problem fixed itself. no idea why, but I procrastinated because Im in the midst of ripping out the carpet and headliner (much more fun) and hadnt gotten around to working on the lines and voila, they quit leaking. wtf. Im not going to question it. for now, its one less project. Im sure I'll be on here griping about it later.

Thermostatic Oil Filter Sandwich Plate

Does anyone have a recommendation? Or are they really all the same? Seem to be lots of brands out there (Mocal, Misimoto, MRP, and others)

You can always have a local hydraulic shop make you a set using your current fittings.
