Oil change

It's time for another oil change. What oil do you guys recomend for a 97 with 85,000 miles which operates in very high temperatures?

I am not to hot for synthetic in an older engine, I hear allot of stories of it starting leaks. I just use the Mobil Dino oil, it's cheap and you can find it anyplace!

I've had bad luck trying sythetic out on older engines. You start to feel like Captain Hazelwood at the helm of the SS Valdez during Happy Hour

I have heard "stories" that seem logical that when using the synthetic in older engines, that they have a tendency to "clean out" the older debris which can get caught in oil journals and clog them which can lead to bad stuff. Just passing it on--not sure I by it, but I don't discount it either. Personally, I like synthetic and I use Mobile 1 most the time.

Another endless thread on what oil to use? If there was ever a topic where a search should be MANDATORY this would be it.

Come on - search for God sakes!

Oh, by the way, I have a few questions of my own - feeling kinda lazy tonight...

What tire is best for my 90?
How about springs and shocks?
Why is my 90 overheating?
Should I do a liner? Which one?
It's time for sliders. Which should I get?
Ouch! Should my 90 be clunking?
Which locker is best?

and finally...

WHICH OIL SHOULD I USE?!
