Non-Lucas fuel injectors

I'm researching some new injectors for a 4.6 build. I've seen Bosch 0280150973 listed in various threads here as a suitable replacement for the OEM (ERR722) injectors, but I'm having a bit of trouble actually finding the correct specs for that Bosch injector.

I can't find it at all on the Bosch site. This site (http://users.erols.com/srweiss/tableifc.htm#BOSCH) lists it for either 18.7 or 19.8 lb/hr (there are two entries for that part number, so something is wrong). Five-0 lists them as 19 lb/hr and 22 lb/hr (same part #, different applications, different prices). FWIW, Five-0 seems to (somewhat wildly) vary the price of that same injector based on vehicle application (!) And I'm minding the quantity and the fact that they're new and not refurbished units too.

Does anyone know the true flow rate of that injector?

Also, If it's 19 lb/hr, that's a bit less than the 23.6 lb/hr that I'm seeing on the Lucas (from the LR Fuel Injection Systems book). I'm not planning anything crazy, just a 4.6 with an upgraded cam and a Tornado chip, but 19 lb/hr is approaching the minimum spec for the Lucas injectors. It seems like the common 19 lb/hr recommendation is too slow of a rate. Or am I just missing something basic? I'll admit, I'm guess-timating the BSFC and HP output numbers for any injector size equation, so maybe I'm way off, but I want to make sure I choose the injectors wisely...

Thanks for any clarification/data/advice.

Travis
