Non D90 tech question... Wobble while braking.

A friend's Jeep cherokee has some bad wobble when she brakes. The wobble was so bad, the brake pades wore away the hub(knuckle) assembly. So I replaced it and the pads. It's been about a month and no wobble. But all of a sudden she's starting to wobble again.

Any thoughts on what may be the cause of this?

My first thought was balance the tires. But I'm wondering why it wouldn't happen all the time, since it was gone after replacing the parts and now it's back. Then I was thinking the rotors are f-ed up? I checked the joints... tightened and greased them.

Thanks,
Jabber
