No power at low RPM

Hi Guys
I have a problem with my Defender 110 2.4 TDI. There is no power at low RPM (below 2100) and the other thing I have noticed is, that the familiar sound of the Diesel pump after you turn the engine off is missing. Any suggestions? Thanks for any reply.

sounds like you need to take it someplace that can pull the fault codes and find out what is happening.
