No headlights

When I switch to parking lights, they come on. Why I switch to headlights, nothing. Even the dash lights shut off. If I pull back for bright beams, lights work. Any thoughts? Fuse?

Thanks man. Is the switch easy to remove and replace? I assume I can buy this from Rovers North?

Edit--

Looks like I found the switch...I will order one and it looks pretty easy to install.

Before I buy the switch in the link above, can someone confirm that this is the right one? I see there is another similar switch with a longer wiring harness seen here...which one is right? Big price difference...

You need your vin number to determine which one you need.

There are a few different connectors depending on harness (VIN/Engine/date)

We have three versions in the warehouse. Snap a photo of the connector you have.

Thanks, I would have never guessed there would have been different ones. I will snap pic tomorrow when I remove the lower area of the steering column. Or I can provide VIN to save the trouble.

You are going to pull the lower steering column cover off to swap the switch, so you may as well be certain what you are after...

I'll be in the shop in the AM if you need to verify part numbers.

Ordered a brand new switch, thanks for the offer Brian. Now that I have been fooling around with the plastic area under the steering column, the steering wheel doesn't move as freely. I am sure I didn't angle something back correctly under there...

Install the relay kit lest you melt the new one too.

Just curious: how does the ARB setup differs from this one?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CERAMIC-H4-H...#ht_5222wt_898

It's very straight forward and assuming (that could be "it"! ) that the wires to the battery are long enough, this would work perfectly, right? [This is what I had envisioned making, but at that price, I'd likely go "buy" vs. "build"].
