New steering and track rod

In the course of all my suspension work I found that my track rod had been bent at some point.

With the brexit debacle I could now justify the cost of a set of gwyn Lewis stainless sumo bars.

Paid via PayPal in gbp and the parts arrived about a week later. Gwyn is super easy to deal with and very accommodating to overseas customers.

Part quality is top notch and the included HD greasable track rod ends are really good too.

This is my second order from them, a while back got some galvanized spring seats and shock mounts.

Don't mind the ugly axles, they are about to be hit with por15

Install took about 30min... Alignment tomorrow!

When you get tried of the rusted out return to centre spring and damper set-up, get a OME damper, they are not gas charged so there is no self steering effect.

But looks kinda good. But to jeepish for me

I had a bilstien damper on there, I found that I really needed the rtc damper with the 35s it's helps so much I was amazed.

That being said, I'm sure a fresh alignment with the adjustable panhard will also help a ton.

Those look NICE. If you don't mind me asking...what was the total for the bars & shipping?

Just started talking with Gwyn today on their HD weld on diff cover and second that they are very good to deal with. Figured if I need a new one anyways, might as well go with their monster.
