need some help

My oil dipstick housing is leaking at the point it goes into the block, it looks to be correctly seated. Any suggestions on how to stop the leak as oil is dripping on the exhaust header.

I put a little bead of black silicone around the top of the tube when I rebuilt the engine. No leaks so far...
