Need some Brake schoolin'

Well trying to sort out the brake thing has my head swimmin! I have a set of rear calipers from my RRC that I find do not fit the caliper adapter brackets I bought for the Salisbury. The mounting bolt holes on them are too small. So I guess I need some 110 rear calipers. I am unsure which ones to get as there seem to be several flavors and of those not sure which ones fit the adapters and rotors I have or whether I need different rotors to match the calipers. On top of that I am unclear on the rear pads.

Holes on the calipers or on the brackets are too small?

What year are those RRC calipers off?

As I understand at some point there was a switch to metric on the caliper mounting bolts.

To my knowledge, there is only one rear rotor size/shape (some have provisions for ABS rings, some don't) and the pads you get to match the calipers.
