you can buy coolant dye and a blacklight from autozone. add it to coolant, then check with blacklight to find the illuminated coolant leak a day later.
the only other thing that far forward is going to be your AC condensor. I'm not sure what it would look like if you had a coupling leak, but there's oil in the refrigerant.

What an awesome forum. Thanks to everyone who chimed in. I believe this is a coolant leak and will have the mechanic check it out. It's due for service anyway so she'll get a clean bill of health. I really appreciate all the input and will update as soon as the mechanic confirms the source of the leak.
