NAS110 steel rim weight

I am looking to ship some of these rims ANR1534 type and want to make sure I stay under max permitted weight. Does anyone know the indiviadual weight of one of these wheels with no tyre etc?

I was told about 24lbs, but I've never weighed one myself...
