NAS Roof Rack on a ROW Truck

Anyone think its possible? I know they make seperate gutter mount feet, and was thinking maybe I could use those, as the NAS rack mounts to a roll bar that I dont have.

Would be looking at a rack like this one, that I may be able to get a decent price on:

Anything is possible. My brother has a 1983 110 pick up. He has a NAS Safety Devices basket over the canvas and hoop set on his pickup bed The rear support ladder is a NAS 90 part and he got what he needed to mount the front from Safety Devices and with the help of a couple different welders, made a front support that looks completely stock.
He now has the covered pick up bed as well as the rack basket above.

For some reason it won't let me capture the link to a prticular shot so scroll down to #128 and 129.
