NAS load mat adhesive

I purchased a new load mat, as my truck really didn't have one. I was wondering if these were installed with some type of adhesive? They have a tape like adhesive around the edge, but I wasn't sure if that is enough.

Mine just has some velcro type strips at the edges along the fender tops.

Is your load mat rubber or carpet? My SW 90 came with carpet.

I bet something like 3m's interior adhesive would work.

I ran a bead of black silicone caulk 1" inside the perimeter of the mat and on the verticals. It is holding fine and will be easy to remove from the tub if needed.

Could not worry about it. My ST doesn't have anything other than the crap in the back holding in place.
