NAS front seat removal?

Hey all, I'm in the process of re-trimming the front seats on my 97' NAS D90. I know that there are only four bolts per seat. Are the bolts nearest the center console/cubby box bolted into captive nuts, or is there another trick to removal? Thanks in advance.

They are captive. Should they spin, you will have to grab the "captive" nut from the underneath of the seat box to stop them from spinning. That should do it.
