NAS d90 speaker replacement ideas

Hey guys....

my speakers sound like crap in a 95 d90. I'd like to replace them and keep them in the boxes with the original grills.

anyone know what size they are and any good substitutes? I don't want to break the bank, I just want some better sound.

Stereo: does anyone make a wire harness conversion so I don't have to cut wires to replace a head unit?

thanks

Ryan

Take a look at the write up I did on a stereo upgrade I did on my '94. Dropped JL speakers into existing factory speaker holes and covered with OEM speaker grilles. Alpine head unit with adaptable harness that fit directly into stock wiring. Relatively plug & play with slight increase in volume and sound quality.

Here's the thread.

Mine were sounding pretty poor. The gap where the coil floats was getting full of dust so I gave them a big blow with my air hose. Now the sound is back to normal.
