NAS D110, PRC 4427 Voltage Sensitive Switch rear defogger

While trying to see why my rear defogger wasn't working came across this switch which is in the circuit, called Rovers North and they quoted $181 bucks for this, has anyone come across this issue and found an alternate source?

Any ideas?

eBay seems to have some avail (at least in the UK). After checking the US eBay web site, it looks like there are some (used) available for $5 (+ shipping).
Seems to be also a part used on the Range Rover P38 (and Td5 Defenders). Check a (local?) junkyard?
