NAS D110 Power Steering Box

I am trying to decide btwn having my original steering box being rebuilt ($300 plus shipping) or buying a new one with drop arm by Proline ($500 plus shipping) or a new genuine part with rebuilt drop arm ($530 plus shipping). Any thoughts or comments greatly appreciated.

Go get a rebuilt from Meridian in San Diego. That's what I replaced my leaky box with. Hasn't leaked since. Great guarantee and they rebuild them better than OEM. If I recall correctly, it was in the $250 range. You do have to send a core back, but they'll include a postage paid return label.

Is that the 4-bolt box? I just want to make sure the 1993 one is the same one I'd need for my 1992.

Just crawled under and checked. There appear to be four bolts fixing it to the frame.

Meridian. I have been recommending them for almost 10 years and no one has yet said it was not a good idea.
