NAS D110 Blower Motor

Hoping someone else has had this same issue. The blower motor (fan) on may D110 HVAC system never completely shuts off. When I move to the 0 setting, it still blows air out the vents. I assume the 0 setting should shut it off right? It was like this when I bought it and now trying to get this sorted.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you hear the motor turning or could it be that you have the system set to fresh air so when you drive air is coming through?

Good point Barry. The vent lines never really worked before and I rebuilt that along with the entire dash I just got back in yesterday.

But I was testing it in my garage and not driving it. Maybe the slider switch is not moving enough to the left to shut it off - I will need to check that.

Listen to see if it is one. a good way to test is to have the ac button pressed in and keep it off. Go outside the truck and see if the AC fans are spinning. If they are the switch is still on. Also count the clicks to see if you never get to the final click.
