NAS 90 Running Lean

Currently having an issue of my 90 running lean and we can't figure what is wrong. Here's a list of things that have been replaced/checked:

- New fuel pump
- New fuel filter
- Computer switched out
- MAF Sensor switched out
- Air leaks checked
- New cats
- New O2 sensors
- Fuel pressure checked
- Injectors seam to all be working the way they should be
- Further it has new plugs, wires, distributor and coil

Open to any further suggestions

Fuel temp sensor and second temp sensor on top of manifold behind and to right if thermostat. If it thinks temps are off it will adjust fuel air ratio

If unhooked if will run rich and foul plugs but you can unhook the single bullet connector and see if it improves

Started with it running rough, then we hooked it up to the computer. It's running lean on the passenger side and attempts to correct itself on the driver side to the point both sides are running lean.
