NAS 110 + sliders M12 x 220mm bolts?
It appears whatever I have which I thought was 200mm is too short to cover both the sliders and the safety devices cage mount.
Do I maybe have 180mm? What was stock?
Nevermind, I measured wrong. Stock is 180mm, I need 200mm which mcmaster carr has in stock.

Haha! That is funny.
Ron I just posted this on my rebuild thread and ended up needing 200mm. I got grade 8 M12 x 200mm at Ace hardware. $11/bolt. Didn't know you were installing an SD cage. Hope you're having as much fun as I am with mine, considering nothing is a perfect fit. Did you have to use any spacers to get Bracket B to line up correctly with the shoulder of the wing? I had to use 2 thick washers.

I have the front of a SW cage which I plan to shorten to fit before the dormobile roof. It is a neverending project. To wit, I bought and resold a full SD cage. If I took a week off work I could have it running and driving, but I keep fidgeting and buying different stuff. I spent last sat cleaning out the garage and someone is coming to get more junk in 10 days so I will have space to work again.

It won't last. 60-80 hour weeks kill me and I have to keep the other cars on the road.

Yes but I can't let the rest of the fleet just stop running. That is how I ended up with the V DUB in the first place.
Besides, I think the VW is going to go to the GF as her primary ride. Her old volvo is long in the tooth.
