Name this part + fuse panel question

Can someone name this part? It is behind the center section between the air vents. I took the cover off for the iron goat dash kit and was curious....

Also, can I just unscrew each side of the fuse panel aray to run wires up to the new dash kit? What is the best way to do this?

Thanks, Nick

It is the multi-function computer that does things like dim your interior lights, bong when you leave the key in, and run the delay on your rear wiper. Its only found on the 97 90s. Not 94-95s.

Yes, it can be tight but you can snake wires up behind the dash that way.

Use a coat hanger or similar to run pull wires up. Do it carefully/slowly and make sure you don't have any edges on the hanger that will snag or rub.

Pretty sure this also controls your rear wiper & washer. Also might control Defog.
