It appears (90% confidence) to be the ignition amplifier that has been relocated from the side of the distributor. I relocated mine to prevent the recurring failure (every 15k miles based on the service history from the prior owner) of the amplifier when attached to the distrbutor. Moving it away from the engine heat seems to solve the early failure problem. I do not know the kit (it comes as a kit) part number, my local private Land Rover shop purchased and installed it on my 110. You might do a search on the forum to get the part number.
