Mystery wire?

Can anyone tell me what this is wire is and what, if anything, is it supposed to connect to? It's located in the undercarriage near the transmission.

Is it connected to the T-case?

My RRC had one too and it was for the T-Case light on the dash.

Diff lock is one wire, not two. Can you shift out of park without your foot on the brake?
