Will I have an issue having this redone? I'm going to do a water pump, oil pump, valve cover gasket and possibly a head gasket replacement. While doing some investigation it looks like I may have some more leaks to deal with.

Any radiator shop should be able to recore it without an issue. Where is the sticker?

It looks OE in the top towards the rig front. It's red and white in a number of languages. It also has LR stickers n it as well.

There are often stickers on the top of the radiator that relate to other parts of the vehicle rather than the radiator itself because it is a convenient place to put them in plain view. That sticker probably warns that there is asbestos in the vehicle somewhere rather than in the radiator. Used to be that it was common in the brakes but your truck is a bit late for that I thought? Thought all that stopped in the 80s?
