Must have spare parts!

We drive 20+ year old trucks & issues some common relentlessly rear their ugly heads! What back-up parts or must haves do you carry apart the factory jack & spare tire so you dont get standed?

3 spare Defenders/Land Rovers... Seriously!

In all reality, learn the trucks (before something breaks), carry a manual/tools, spare relays, filters(fuel primarily), fuel pump, belts and know what bolts can be sacrificed from one area unnecessary to fix something strategic. Keep maintenance current, drive regularly!!

3 different parts houses under favorites on cell phone

AAA

Stir, and enjoy...

Chris, you carrying all that in the obligatory tow vehicle? ;-)
Add awning to work on parts as it rains or the sun is blazing, because it never breaks on the magic 72 degree sunny day- cause it won't start!

All of the above plus I would find a spare TPS. I try to keep anything that could leave me stranded.

Print a list of the codes and what they mean for when you throw a CEL. Better than searching on your phone. Code 45 will rear its head.

I usually bring along an assortment of tools, Uncle Douglas & Trey, Robert Davis, Kraig Mackett and beer on my trail rides. I can pretty much get anything fixed and get back to camp with this setup.

Good mates who can fix most anything with bear skins and stone knives is more like it.

Then they share Paix Dieu before and after an on-board hot shower.
Next, the evening meal with Mark Garrenton standing on oriental rugs eating exquisite grilled fillet of whatever, crab cakes, with baked dishes on-site via the small camp oven.
Then we have some Mogrado port and wonder over to other camps for socializing.
Overlander, Jonsey, Shayne, Greenbull, Charles, Neil, SGT BO, Joel, Jason, and the rest of you social misfit parting kind hang with the before mentioned group including Bill, Newman, and Luke.
The children play evening soccer and the older kids drive Mrs. Jonsey's ride trying to pull down a tree that is halfway chopped down.
The ride jumps 4 feet up but the tree holds fast...

Then the shrooms start and everyone except for the pyromaniacs jump back.

Next morning those hung over are angry because someone is singing Waltzing Matilda over and over again!

Well now that that's out of the way, spare diesel fuel filters are a must for the kit!
