More legroom

I am 6'4" tall and a little cramped behind the wheel of a D-90. I have heard there are ways to change the seat to gain legroom. The only solution I could find searching the forum is the MUD-UK Seat Rails. Does anyone have experience with this or any other solution? Is there a difference between the SW and ST. Thanks.

John,

I have the Mud seat rails. THey are very high quality and easy to install, only took my 30 minutes. They only problem is they raise you a full inch in height. If you are very tall, you may hit your head on the roof top.

I'm 6'8" and don't seem to fit into anything too well, so I think I'm more used to tolerating the discomfort of the 90 than many. I haven't changed my seat-- I'm just happy that the top of my head doesn't rub on the roof and my head doesn't bonk the roll bar. I must say that using the clutch while the left turn signal is on can be a challenge!

i thought i was the only tall peson that would subject himself to a cramped d-90. at 6'7" i found the risers to be very nice. my leg only rubs the tuffy stereo box. i would not have bought a set of risers but a friend of mine had a spare set from when he made his which he gave me for free. they def. help.
