Mechanic in Area?

I'm temporarily living in the Norfolk/VA Beach area and looking for a good mechanic or garage that knows Defenders. I know about Pungo Offroad but my understanding is that they see very few if any Defenders. Any help would be appreciated.

Side note... any thoughts as to what would cause a Defender not to start when it rains? It cranks but does not turn over. The weather gets better and it starts right up.

Mine did that went I got it. It just did not like the rain. Then I got fed up of drying the spark plug wire plugs and distributor head with a hair dryer. I replaced them with new one and put dielectric grease on the plugs. Last time I used the hair dryer was just before leaving for MAR in the dark/rain at 3:30am a few years ago (2003?).
