Maxxis Buckshot Radial Mudders

I posted in the wrong section, so here is my earlier post in the correct section --->

"I use to have Buckshot Radial Mudders ( old type/pattern ) on my 2a and I thought they were great.

Now I'm in the market for some mud tires for my series 3 and see that Maxxis makes the Buckshots. How are the new type/pattern tires? I've never heard of Maxxis tires, are they any good?

On paper, when they are compared to the BF Goodrich MT's, they are nearly the same, but how are they in the real world?"

Price wise, the Maxxis tires are the cheaper alternative. So, considering tire wear, how they will be used ( 70% on road, 30% off road ), they should be a tire to be considered? or ?? Does anybody know the wear out mileage is on Maxxis tires?

Thanks,
Todd.
