Seems like my mass air flow meter is cuasing my check engine light to go on.
Anyone know where I can get a good replacement air flow meter?

have you tested it? They are expensive to replace ... especially if there isn't anything particularly wrong with it.

The reason the MAF sensor throws a code is basically the engine gets a measurement it knows can't be true .... the reasons for this are numerous ... but start with connections ... are they all clean and free of corrosion.

next clean it with MAF cleaner ... carefully ... just buy it and spray it on liberally

The MAF measures air flow so make sure the air getting to the engine is the same as the air measured ... check ALL the hoses for air leaks ... the plenum hose is a classic for rotting out ... see the big fat plenum hose thread ...

once you've assured that the hoses are good ( including checking underneath them ) you need to use something like rover gauge to see what is happening when it throws a code.

I'm looking for a doc that has the manual check procedure and will post a link when i find it.

I don't think they are serviceable ... but also think it's unlikely there is anything wrong with it if the truck runs OK.
