Masai Defender Tinted Panoramic Windows

Has anyone installed these on their Defender? They look like a great product and appear to be easy to install. Looking for feedback on someone that has already done it. I am interested in the lockable sliding side windows as well as the tinted rear door window and rear quarter windows for my 1997 D90 SW.

I'm interested to find out if I can still use my Mantec internal window guards with them. As far as I know the interior trim remains the same, and therefore I believe they should be compatible.

Seen them, they look great on black trucks. Not so great on any light colors. I almost had them put on a truck but went with grey and it would have looked strange.

Masai D-90 Panoramic Window

I agree, black and white look the best. However, check out these pics. Grey and green look pretty cool as well. I am wondering how it would look on my Arles Blue SW with the white top. I emailed them to see if they are compatible with the Mantec internal window guards that I want to install.

You think the extra surface area of glass makes it more susceptible to breaking?

Good point. After more thoughts I think I will go with the "factory style" tinted direct replacements.

Why not just tint your existing windows?

The tint on the Masai windows are not a film and do not bubble or scratch--tint built into the glass. I have old tint on my windows now that looks like crap. I am looking for a better long term solution.
