Mantec winch bumper

Anybody use one of these? I was looking for better pix to show a customer with a NAS 110 with A/C how it looks compared to the Warn bumper.
http://www.mantec.co.uk/productdetai...BB0FD0F12999FB

Thanks!

Trevor

I've wondered the same thing. Looks nice on that late model Puma though. I also wonder how strong they are. I'm personally used to a Rockware bumper and worry this would bend in two if I wasn't real careful.

I had fitted a Warn to a customer's 90 Sw a few years ago- it's the one on the L8 site under warn bumpers- but I don't think it was ever used beyond the test after install! (Often wonder where that 90 ended up). I've shown this customer the various options out there but this is the look he wants.

Awesome truck. Can we get some better pics of your camel trophy cage.

I think roverlab wants pics of a truck with a pushed out grill.

That thing is insane. Any pics of the roof where it goes through?

What made you go this route?

Love the SD CT cage. Where did you source it?

Not to hijack the original thread about the bumper (I do like that bumper by the way)

but quesion for Arjun - Is that one of the SD cages that SafariResto had for sale?

What exactly did you use for the soft padding inside?

Not trying to answer for Arjun, but it's not from SafariResto...all his work was done in the UK. The camel trophy cage is sick though (as is his truck), I can vouch for that in person. It does take up a tad bit of room inside, but is so much cleaner looking than the bulky-ass NAS 110 external cage.

PS - I want to make sweet, sweet love to his truck when he's not looking.
PPS - his truck makes mine look like a piece of garbage...I told him if he ever sells it I will part with a kidney on the black market to make the purchase.

Since we are already way off topic.... The internal cage is awesome for a street truck, but if you do any serious wheeling you'll want the "bulky-ass" external cage. That cage has saved me from creasing my roof 3 times already. Every time a Disco pops a rear window, I thank my cage for saving my roof on that same obstacle.

If the exo-cage is not secured to the frame, it's not doing shit.

Of course not, but the Camel Trophy trucks are generally not concerned about body damage, more on safety.
