Mantec spare tire carrier question

I am looking into buying a spare tire carrier to take the strain off the rear door of my SW.
Wondering if I might get the added bonus of gaining a bit more access to the rear door handle. With the tire as is, it's a bit tight to get my hand in there. Running regular size tires by the way.
If not with the Mantec, than what others do you recommend?
Thanks

I have the Mantec on my SW and don't have any handle access issues, I have a 285-75-16 spare, here is a picture.

Thanks, good option. By the look of some of the pictures I see on-line, they look almost identical and it seems as though the spare sits slightly more to the passenger side.
Looks like DAP sells Bearmach.

I have a Kaymar that the PO put on and Love it. However it swings away separately from the door so it makes opening the tear door a two-step process.

I just installed my Mantec Carrier today and discovered I need the allow wheel spacers for it. Does anyone have a US source or do I just have to order from the UK?

Thanks

Just order 3 steel lug nuts and use those as spacers. That's what I did.
