Mantec Sill Protectors and LR Side Steps

Hi Folks

Does anyone know if the LR flip down side steps will mount with Mantec Sill Protectors? I realize the side steps will get ripped off when off road but looking for a solution that will allow me to have steps on for the wife most of the time and off when I'm hitting the trail.

Thanks!

They do fit, but not perfectly. The folding step does not fold all the way up as it would without the sliders (sill protectors). depends on how anal you are about it.

I've thought about fitting some side steps to my 110 (it has home made box sills, similar size to the mantec jobbies).

I was considering drilling and fitting nutserts to the sills (as they're galvanised i don't want to weld them), so i can bolt on/unbolt the side steps as needed. would only take a few minutes to remove them, and then keep SWMBO happy.

That, or buy a rack and stretch her to my height, then she'll be able to get in OK!

I've had a step mounted on my passenger side for the wife. I thought it worked fine. I added nutserts and can put them on or take them off in about 5 minutes. I have SG sliders so I think they would work with mantec as well.
