Manifold

I have a 1984 D90 2.25 Petrol. Someone before me did a change out on the manifolds. I can not find a stock intake so the exhaust has to be machined down to fit under the existing intake leaving the walls so thin it caused it crack and burnt a hole in it. I bought a Pierce manifold and matching Weber carb but could never get it to run after a year of tinkering with it.
This 90 always started and ran well until I started this project. Does anyone have any suggestions other than machining the exhaust manifold down?

Are you looking for another 2.25 intake? Cause I have one if you need it? Infact I have an entire parts engine, the block is toast but rest is good.

I have the stock manifolds for that engine/vehicle/combo that takes the weber 2 barrell.

I ran a Pierce Manifold with a 2 barrel Weber on a 2.25 petrol for years and it's a great setup! The pistons were 30over with 2.5 cam. I never liked the stock exhaust manifold. I used a custom exhaust header and bent a 2 1/4" custom exhaust. Very quick and will do 65-70 mph without issue. Downside is 12 -15 mpg on a good day

Good luck
