I think you'll get it back by the end of Obama's term in office. Just to be clear, I'm talking about President Michelle Obama.

Not a guarantee, but there's a chance.

Now you are talking history in the making.

No, I'm not talking about the first black female president.

These projects ALWAYS end up taking far longer than originally estimated.

I'm still finishing what I thought was the slowest 300 conversion.

It's a fact of life that big jobs always take too long, but keep the faith, you'll be pleased when the job si complete.

There's DIY and then there's professional restoration services. Professional service restoration time overruns should be expected, but measured in months, not years, and supported with a healthy dose of managing client expectations with transparency and frequent communications.

years past due with no communication is not acceptable.

For my NAS Disco, the only PITAs where:
removing bell housing to cut and fit starter pocket to drivers side
Using hole saw on the fuel filler pipe to accommodate diesel pump nozzles
Removing transmission mounts to drill, which moves entire engine-trans assembly forward a bit - wasn't absolutely necessary for the disco, but gave it a more comfortable fit against the firewall
might think of a few more while I pull the engine i mentioned above
