lug nut question

I am looking for the OEM lug nuts and have a question about size. I know they are 27mm, but will lug nuts from an older Discovery fit my 95 Defender?

Reason I ask...a local junk yard has a Discovery (or at least they say they do. have not seen it yet) and I want to purchase the lug nuts from them.

Thanks for the help,
Jon

What you really want are 1987-1990ish Range Rover classic lugnuts. They are the same as D90s but no aluminium cap (and the taper on the bottom is different so you are not supposed to use them on steel wheels).

I have 4 or 5 sets I have stashed away. Just have to jump on them when you see them.

You don't want those!

That is what you have with the caps that suck.

This is my first D90. I purchased it with steel wheels/black lugs for steel wheels on it. I have the stock wheels and would like to put them on, but don't have the "stock" lugs.

I am more than happy to accept advice. If you guys feel the stainless caps are a bitch, then I will get the steel lugs without the caps.

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks

If you want ones with caps, they are really cheap used.
