Lucky8 cones help!!!!!

What are the lucky8 cones made out of? One of the studs broke while I was installing them, and I need to weld on them. Can't tell what they are made of

Stick a magnet on it. If it sticks, weld it up. It ain't gunna be 6Al4V.
