LT77 shifter?

Turns out I had the wrong shifter on my 110, couldn't shift t/c into low lock. Got the right one, thanks Doug. But now my had is really close to my Mud UK CENTER dash setup. Anyone else have this issue or a solution?
Thanks
Picture of old and new shifter someone asked what I had.
Correct one on the left, one I was using on the right.

Weird. I have never seen the second shifter, I wonder what it is off of? You can rotate the shift to put it at a different angle which might help.

Heat & Bend... if repositioning on the splines doesn't work.

The shifter can be repositioned because of the splines.
If this becomes exhausted and you still cannot find a favorable location, heat the round lever part with a torch and when red it will easily bend into the desired position.
If you are very careful, it can be done in place as long as the flame is small so it won't effect the interior, but is best done outside the vehicle with gradual bends each with a trial fit. Obviously the knob needs removing for the torch method.

Hope this helps.

I also had the problem with the LT77 shifter banging into the MUD front console when moving into both 3rd and 5th gear (actually my hand banging into the consule, not the shifter). I ended up removing/turning the shifter a few degrees and now the 3rd and 5th gears stop before my hand hits. The angle of the shifter feels about 5% weird and stretched when in 1st or 2nd though - but 95% isn't bad!
