LT230 Stuck in High
Long story short, can't get the lt230 in low range. For my LS swap I bought a low miles pre-'99 Disco t-case from a salvage yard. I probably should have checked it over better before I put it in, but oh well.
I pulled the shift interlock solenoid. Also pulled the linkage housing to rule out any issues with external linkages. I can not get the shift fork to move either stationary or rolling as I apply pressure directly to the rod attached to the fork.
Could there be something jacked up with the gears? Also there's a ball detent acting on the rod attached to the shift fork, could it be turned in so far it's not allowing movement?
