I'm sure it is cheaper in Virginia.

Clay, Walid replaced my lower control arms in 45 minutes. No joke. I supplied the parts from AB.

Conservative Estimates:

Oil Changes $150/each [$70 using Castrol 5W30 synthetic & genuine filter]
Trans Service $1500 [ok haven't done this yet, but Lordhelmet/Paul did and was <$300 I believe]
Lower Control Arms $3000 [Christ no! $528 total, plus I did brakes/rotors/hub bearings all the way around while I was in there for another $750]
New Tires $2000 [uh...$1069 for a set/4 Michelin Latitude Tour HP Blackwall delivered to my door]

Anything else worth listing?
I think you're prices may be a bit off ....I've done them all above myself, prices revised!

Sorry, guys, I was trying to estimate dealer prices. I'd fricken never pay $3000 for LCA or $2000 for tires.

I'm focusing on non-land rover dealers and private sales first and use dealer service prices to negotiate with.

What wheels do you have on your LR4? Would like 18" wheels, tire options are few with the stock 19" wheels.

Woah, didn't know the dealers were up to 160 up there. Dang. I think they are still 130 or 140 down here. I think my hourly rate just went up.

Long Island dealerships I think are at $138 IIRC. I imagine the rent for an 8 story building is a little higher in Manhattan than most places.

19"s are garbage. Pitched them years ago and have been running 285 60 18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Heard the 17" BMW X5 wheels fit some of the LR3s, depends if you have the larger brakes

Found a JLR dealer with one I like. 2015 w/ 10k miles asking $49.9. Any thoughts on what they're likely to knick off? Same vehicle new is about $57-59.
