There's no gasket on a D90 that's that big of a deal to replace, so as long as it is not a cracked block, it really isn't that big of a deal. Its all nuts and bolts.

Just to update, we figured it out. We put the pressure tester on it and waited about an hour before it started to leak. Once it started, it was a constant drip. It ended being the hose that comes out of the front cover behind the water pump. The radiator had a slight seep, but nothing that would cause any stains on the driveway. A new hose kit should take care of the issue.
