looking for this latch

Anyone know where I an find one of these latches (see attached)?

I'm retro fitting my Safari Guard spare tire carrier due to its inferior design that still relies on the back door for support. On my last trip to mexico it ripped a hole in the back door for the 3rd and final time.

I'm going to try to make an attachment like the one on the shockworks carrier.

Ha Ha, the D90 community is a small one.

Steve search google for De Sta Co. Quite a few people carry them. It's a #344.

I was changing my fuel pump today and noticed that my SG diff protector is rubbing on my gas tank. Not severly but it could eventually rub a hole in it.

I just need to bend it a little bit.

The manufacturer ot those clamps is DeStaco. You can find them at Mcmaster-Carr......
They work great on my tire carrier.

Thanks guys I'll be able to find it now. I tried Mcmasters but I guess I didn't look hard enough.

Ya... safari guard seems to make some great stuff and some truely poorley thought through things as well.
