Looking for an exhaust manifold and alternator

My 90 has been out of commission this winter. Not much time to do any work on it. But this week I'm getting my steering box replaced, and now I realize that I need to replace my alternator and the L H side exhaust manifold. My current lh side manifold has a few hairline cracks so now would be the time to replace it. The alternator has some noisy bearings so I prefer to be proactive and get it replaced too. I heard I can get a replacement alternator from carquest.
If anyone can point me in the direction of these parts I'd be very appreciative.

You may see if James Pierce still sells the higher-output Magnetti Marelli units. We discussed them here:

Otherwise, what I replaced it with is also in there.

I have the alt and exhaust manifolds from my 3.9. Alt is a few years old and manifolds are original. Let me know if you are interested.

I went with the Magnetti Marelli unit that James had in stock. I think it will be a nice addition with all the accessories pulling power.
