Lifter noise after oil change

After running regular oil for 130k i switched to mobil 1 10/30. Changed the filter every 500miles. I'm now getting a lot more lifter tap. Thinking about going to 0 40 or draining a quart and adding Lucas oil stabalizes. Or I might just do a oil flush product and go back to regular oil.

Any thoughts?

Answering your questions with more questions:
What weight of regular oil were you running?
Why the switch, assuming you are now running synth?
Does the lifter(s) tap constantly, only under load, only at idle, only at cold startup?
Is the tapping sound coming from only one area? front and/or rear of block? PS and/or DS bank?
How is your oil pressure?
Where do babies come from?

Cheers...

I was running reg 10/30.
Switched to syn.
only really hear it at Idle, more at startup.
not sure what pressure is but no warning light.
Seems to be a general noise from the bay.
Babies come from somewhere around the vagina area.

I would pull the pan and see if your pick up is clogged.
